Terms of Use
Yloria RH document intended for all users.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Yloria platform, an online HR solution supporting recruitment, evaluations, career plans, personalized support plans and professional quizzes.
Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the Yloria web application accessible online.
- User: any person with a named account, including employee, manager or administrator.
- Client administrator: the client company representative responsible for user account management.
- Client company: the company that has entered into a commercial agreement with Yloria SASU.
- Publisher: Yloria SASU, owner of the platform.
3. Access to the platform
User accounts are created exclusively by the client administrator. Employees cannot create accounts themselves. Each user has a named professional email identifier and a personal password.
Users must keep credentials confidential, never share them, and report any suspected fraudulent access through the Suggestions button available in the platform.
4. Features
Yloria may provide recruitment management, evaluation workflows, career plans, personalized support plans, professional quizzes, scoring, skill management and employee profiles. Features may evolve without prior notice to improve the service.
5. Personal data
The platform collects only the data necessary for its operation, such as first name, last name, professional email, role, skills, quiz results, evaluations and career or support plans.
The client company is the data controller for employee data. Yloria SASU acts as processor under the GDPR DPA signed with the client company. Data is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure located in France or the European Union.
6. User obligations
Users agree to use the platform for their professional role, not attempt to access other users' data, not impair the platform and not introduce malicious code. Any breach may result in account suspension.
7. Client administrator obligations
The client administrator is responsible for creating and deleting user accounts, verifying user identity, ensuring the accuracy of entered data and managing access rights.
8. Support
Users may contact support through the Suggestions button integrated in the platform for technical issues, assistance requests and security reports.
9. Service availability
Yloria endeavors to provide continuous service availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical incidents. Availability commitments are defined in the SLA signed by the client company.
10. Security
Yloria implements appropriate security measures, including encryption in transit, server protection, access management, action logging and backup procedures.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, source code, features, content and trademarks are the exclusive property of Yloria SASU. Unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited.
12. Liability
Yloria SASU is responsible for operating the platform within the limits of the signed contractual documents. The client company remains responsible for HR decisions, data entered by its teams and user access management.
13. Changes to the Terms
Yloria may update these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of material changes when required.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the competent French courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
