The platform, its design, source code, features and content are the exclusive property of Yloria. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited.

5. Platform access

Access to the Yloria platform is reserved for client companies, their administrators and their employee users. Accounts are created exclusively by the client administrator.

6. Personal data

Personal data management is detailed in the Privacy Policy. Under the GDPR, users have rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction and erasure. Requests must be addressed to the client administrator, who acts as controller. For services provided to its customers, YLORIA may act as a processor under the applicable GDPR DPA.

8. Liability

Yloria SASU makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information and service availability. It cannot be held liable for interruptions related to maintenance, errors entered by users, the client's use of HR data or incidents related to OVHcloud hosting.
