Cookie Policy

1. Purpose

This Cookie Policy explains the actual use of cookies and other storage technologies by the Yloria RH platform. It complements the Privacy Policy and applies to public pages, the application interface and demonstration spaces.

2. Current summary

At the date of this version, Yloria RH uses one strictly necessary cookie for the service: isys_session. No advertising, marketing, analytics, tracking pixel or active third-party cookie has been identified in the platform.

Some interface preferences are stored in the browser through localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. These are not cookies, but they are described here for transparency.

3. Strictly necessary cookie

Name: isys_session.

Purpose: maintain the login session, secure user access and enable authorized HR features.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of the requested service. This cookie is essential to platform operation.

Duration: 12 hours by default, or deletion on logout when the session is closed.

Security: HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Path=/ and Secure in HTTPS production.

If disabled: the user cannot remain logged in and the platform becomes unusable.

4. No active non-essential cookies

Yloria RH currently does not set audience measurement cookies, advertising cookies or third-party cookies without consent. If such tools are added later, they will be documented in a new version of this policy and submitted to prior consent where required.

5. Local storage used transparently

• localStorage: interface preferences such as zoom, Yloria voice activation, assistance bubble display, presentation choices and the email used by the interface to retrieve user context.
• sessionStorage: temporary navigation state, demonstration mode, Yloria introduction after login and choices specific to the current session.
• IndexedDB: local technical cache used to improve voice feature fluidity and avoid unnecessary reloads.

These storages remain in the user's browser and can be deleted from browser settings or cleaned by the platform when a demonstration session is properly closed.

6. Consent management

No cookie consent banner is currently displayed because no active non-essential cookie is set. The isys_session cookie is strictly necessary and cannot be refused without preventing normal service operation.

7. Demonstration data

Demonstration spaces are prepared in a separate isolated tenant. Information entered during the demo is used to illustrate platform operation and is deleted when the user properly leaves the demonstration session.

8. Policy changes

If non-essential cookies are added in the future, Yloria RH will provide an information and consent mechanism allowing users to accept, refuse or configure cookies before they are set.
